This privacy policy applies to the GEA Sales Consultant app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by PT. Royal Sutan Agung (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include details such as:

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages or modules of the Application you access, including visit time and duration
• Usage statistics related to features such as attendance, activity input, and internal reporting
• The operating system you use on your mobile device
• Device identifiers used for security, diagnostics, and crash reporting

The Application does not continuously track location in the background. The Application may collect approximate or precise location only when required for specific operational features such as:

• Daily visit reporting or verification
• Attendance check-in and check-out
• Activity validation that requires geolocation evidence

Location data is collected only during active user actions and never stored or tracked outside of relevant features.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time for important notifications or operational announcements related to daily tasks of Sales Consultants / SPG / SPM / internal employees.

Certain personally identifiable information may be requested (such as name, employee code, branch assignment, phone number, and activity reporting data). This information will be retained and used only as described in this Privacy Policy and strictly for internal company operations.

Only aggregated and anonymized data may be transmitted to external services for the purpose of improving the Application and service quality. These may include:

• Google Play Services
• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics (for crash logs and diagnostics)

The Service Provider may also disclose information:

• When required by law or legal process
• When necessary to protect user or system security
• To trusted third-party service providers who operate under strict confidentiality agreements

You may stop all information collection by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall features provided by your device or application marketplace.

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as the Application is actively used and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your data by contacting: appmobile.rsa@gmail.com.

The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Service Provider maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the confidentiality of the information processed and stored by the Application. All data transmitted is encrypted, and sensitive information is stored securely on internal RSA servers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of 2025-11-15.
